Feb. 8th

 All Virtual Students

SAVE THE DATE!!! COUNT DAY IS COMING!

Count day is THIS Wednesday, February 10th.

All virtual students NEED to login and complete an assignment in EACH course on that day.  We are also asking elementary students to make sure they attend live lessons on that day and for MS and HS students to make sure they meet with their success coach as well that day.  THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT as this is how the school is funded.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.

FUTURE PLANNING

We would LOVE for you to fill out this quick SURVEY to help us to begin planning for next year.  By no means does this lock you into anything, but rather helps us to plan as we move forward.  Thank you!

NWEA testing for Middle School Virtual students should have been completed, we still have several students who need to test please contact Mr. Pratley if your student has not taken the winter test yet.

COURSE CHANGES

6th Grade Virtual students will now be seeing Geography A this semester.
7th Grade Virtual students will now be seeing MS World History. These changes should take effect today or tomorrow. These were necessary to help better align to the curriculum at Upton.

Semester Two

The new semester is upon us. We are working to complete grades and post to PowerSchool. This will likely take a week or so as we sort the data provided by Edmentum as well as noting which students wanted Grades, which wanted CR/NC and which will receive an INC and an extension to complete some work. It is important students finish first semester courses, but we will need them to login to their second semester courses as well on Wednesday, February 10th to compete work in EACH course for count day.
