March is Reading Month and this year we are celebrating with a March Reading Madness tournament of books. When the teams battle for their spots in the final four, our kids will be reading and voting for their favorite books to make it to the championship round. Fortunately no brackets can be busted since your kids will be reading nothing but great books. This month will be nothing but NET (New Exciting Titles)! For more information, visit our March Reading Madness website.

Monday Morning Family Meetings

Please join us each Monday morning at 8:30 am for a weekly morning Meeting via Google Live Stream. We will have mystery guest readers each week and get our week started off right!  I hope you can join us.

The week we return from spring break state and national testing begins.  The 8th graders will be taking the PSAT followed up with MSTEP and NWEA testing for the whole school.  Please put the dates below on your calendars and help your students come to school rested and prepared. These assessments are one measure of college readiness, one evaluation tool the state uses to determine district success, and a measure of student growth over the school year.

Please encourage your student(s) to give their best effort.
